The Enstack SME app has a single sign-up process that requires an SME owner to submit an ID, a selfie, and a proof of billing to become a verified user.

Filipino tech company Enstack has launched a free e-commerce app that provides small and medium enterprises (SMEs) tools to manage their business operations, logistics, and finances on their mobile phones.

“Enstack eases SMEs into digitization by transforming familiar pen-and-paper processes such as recording sales, expenses and inventory, into mini apps that can be used individually or all together. They are introduced to digital services such as shipping and cashless payments to expand their reach,” said Macy Castillo, Managing Director of Enstack.

SME merchants can decide the combination of Enstack app features required to manage their business, said Castillo.

The Enstack SME app has a single sign-up process that requires an SME owner to submit an ID, a selfie, and a proof of billing to become a verified user. With the app, business owners can offer value-added services such as digital payments and same-day delivery at discounted rates. The chat store feature enables merchants to automatically manage orders online by linking Facebook Messenger accounts to handle online sales.

Filipino merchant Allysa Fabiaña installed the Enstack SME app on her mobile phone in order to record daily transactions and to manage digital inventories of her ukay-ukay or bargain clothing store. Previously, she only manually listed daily business sales and expenses.

Sales increased after the store owner offered customers multiple payment options using the app.

The Enstack app offers four main features so SME owners can easily manage their business, including: online sales, cashless payment options, online booking of couriers, and digital inventories.

First, SME owners can sell online, in person, over the phone, and via chat or messenger using the Enstack app. Invoices are sent to customers, who are then redirected to a payment portal.

Second, multiple payment options are provided to customers such as popular cash on delivery, as well as cashless, mobile cash, or digital payment options like GCash, PayMaya, and Grab Pay wallets, and bank transfers via partners BPI and UnionBank.
Third, SMEs can assist customers to book deliveries with integrated couriers such as Grab and 2Go directly on the app while offering discounted delivery rates.

Fourth, SMEs can record income and expenses to generate inventories for accounting, analysis of business growth drivers, and real-time stock monitoring.

The Enstack business app is available for users in the Philippines and Vietnam. The company is launching the app in other Southeast Asian countries next year. Download the free app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
