Ayala Land’s sustainability efforts detailed in the campaign included energy efficiency improvements in 111 buildings, saving over 172 million kWh in 2022 alone.

Ayala Land received recognition at the 2025 Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards for its “Step by Sustainable Step” campaign, highlighting the company’s drive toward environmental sustainability through digital innovation.
Developed in partnership with digital marketing firm Truelogic, the campaign began in 2023 and focused on Ayala Land’s measurable progress toward achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. By leveraging Meta ads and digital storytelling, the campaign successfully translated sustainability data into engaging content, significantly boosting public awareness and discourse around climate responsibility.
Truelogic chief executive Itamar Gero emphasized digital marketing’s potential for meaningful impact, stating, “We’ve always believed that digital marketing is more than just clicks and conversions; it’s a tool for real impact. Supporting Ayala Land’s sustainability effort allowed us to do meaningful work that goes beyond business.”
Ayala Land’s sustainability efforts detailed in the campaign included energy efficiency improvements in 111 buildings, saving over 172 million kWh in 2022 alone. Additionally, 91% of its commercial properties now operate using renewable energy, more than 200 tons of plastic have been reused since 2019, and the company has planted over 200,000 trees across 586 hectares of carbon forests since 2018.
Princess Elaine Garcia, associate manager for Corporate Brand – Digital at Ayala Land, praised the effectiveness of the digital campaign. “Truelogic has long been an exceptional partner—proactive, insightful, and deeply committed to our shared goals,” she said.
Kevin James Kramer, account manager at Truelogic, explained their strategy: “We wanted the campaign to go beyond numbers and connect emotionally. By leveraging performance marketing and half a decade’s worth of audience insights, we ensured the message of sustainability was heard and felt by the right people.”
The Tambuli Awards recognize purpose-driven marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on campaigns that generate both business success and positive social impact. The Ayala Land and Truelogic collaboration marked Truelogic’s first recognition at Tambuli, demonstrating how digital strategies can effectively drive social and environmental change.
