Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc. has partnered with VITRO Inc. to strengthen its digital infrastructure and support operational continuity through a data center facility in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

VITRO, the data center arm of PLDT Inc. under PLDT Enterprise, said the partnership aims to provide Bounty with a more resilient and scalable digital backbone as it expands its nationwide poultry operations.

Bounty operates across rearing, processing, and distribution, with systems that rely on real-time data to manage supply chains, production, and inventory. The company said uninterrupted operations are critical in its time-sensitive business environment.

The deployment integrates Bounty’s systems across its subsidiaries and brands, including Chooks-to-Go and Bounty Plus, enabling centralized data management and improved coordination across its network.

“As our organization continues to grow, investing in resilient and future-ready digital infrastructure is essential. Our supply chain must never stop, and real-time visibility across our operations is critical to maintaining efficiency and quality,” said Bounty Fresh Group President and CEO Atty. Kenneth Cheng.

Bounty Chief Information Officer Warren Chase Uy said the company requires a centralized platform that ensures uptime and connectivity across its operations.

“The complexity of our nationwide operations requires a digital backbone that is both robust and agile. Partnering with VITRO and PLDT Enterprise allows us to centralize our critical data in a facility that guarantees maximum uptime and carrier-neutral connectivity,” Uy said.

ePLDT and VITRO President and CEO Victor S. Genuino said enterprises at scale require resilient infrastructure to sustain growth.

“For enterprises operating at this scale, operational resilience is foundational to sustained growth. Our role goes beyond infrastructure — we provide the secure, scalable digital ecosystem that enables industry leaders to innovate, expand, and operate without disruption,” Genuino said.

PLDT Enterprise First Vice President and Head of Enterprise Domestic Business and SME Vic Y. Tria said the company is providing connectivity and enterprise solutions to support Bounty’s operations, including mobile services for workforce mobility.

Bounty said it is also investing in smart farming technologies, including AI-powered camera systems to monitor livestock and predict optimal harvest timing, as well as enhanced health monitoring and security systems.

The company has deployed its disaster recovery infrastructure at VITRO Santa Rosa, a hyperscale facility designed for scalability, redundancy, and security. The site includes redundant power systems, multi-layer physical safeguards, and carrier-neutral connectivity to support business continuity.

The move reflects broader enterprise adoption of data center and cloud infrastructure to manage operational risks and support digital transformation.
