CYBERSECURITY | Sophos launches revamped partner program
The program introduces a flexible framework that enables managed service providers, resellers, cyber insurance firms, and systems integrators to align services with their unique business models.

Sophos has rolled out a revamped global partner program aimed at accelerating growth, enhancing profitability, and providing a competitive edge for its more than 25,000 global partners. The new initiative integrates the company’s legacy program with Secureworks’ partner ecosystem following its recent acquisition, creating a single high-performance network focused on delivering next-generation cybersecurity solutions.
“The new Sophos Partner Program is designed to reflect the way partners want to build and scale their business today,” said Chris Bell, senior vice president of global channel, alliances and corporate development at Sophos.
The program introduces a flexible framework that enables managed service providers, resellers, cyber insurance firms, and systems integrators to align services with their unique business models. It includes a unified product portfolio, expanded training and support, enhanced customer success tools, and a redesigned partner portal.
Sophos’ integrated platform offers access to cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, XDR/MDR, identity threat detection and response, and next-gen SIEM. All tools are managed via the Sophos Central platform. New features also include AI-powered sales guidance, simplified quoting, and dashboards for device and license management.
The program is built around scalable growth incentives like revenue multipliers, flexible billing, and volume discounts. Sophos Academy will also offer new certifications and onboarding tools.
The initiative responds to growing demand for partner-led services. According to Canalys, for every $1 spent on cybersecurity products, customers spend an additional $2 on services. Sophos aims to help partners tap into this trend by streamlining service delivery and supporting expansion through access to Secureworks’ offerings.
The program has drawn praise from partners. Dave Peck, CEO of Trebron IT and Cybersecurity, said the integration allows his company to compete more effectively in industries like healthcare and manufacturing. Andrew Campbell, director of security at Softchoice, said the revamped portal and combined product lines will help drive business efficiency and customer outcomes.
Sophos’ partner program has received industry recognition, including a 5-star rating from CRN’s Partner Program Guide for 12 years in a row and a “Champion” title in Canalys’ 2025 Cybersecurity Leadership Matrix.
