TELECOM | Smart powers SM Tech Fair 2025 at SM North EDSA

Smart Communications, Inc. is partnering with SM Cyberzone to power the SM Tech Fair 2025, running from Aug. 1 to 17 at The Block Atrium of SM North EDSA.
Part of the Northern Playcon series, the event features interactive booths, show matches, and live watch parties aimed at gamers, tech enthusiasts, and mallgoers. Smart’s 4G and 5G networks will support smooth mobile gaming, streaming, and other online activities throughout the fair.

Christian So, Smart’s assistant vice president, said the event highlights how technology connects and empowers Filipinos, adding that the company’s mobile network allows attendees to “enjoy their favorite games, stream content, and stay productive while on the go.”
SM Supermalls executive vice president for marketing Joaquin L. San Agustin said the fair transforms SM North EDSA into “a playground for innovation,” with Smart helping deliver a connected and engaging experience.
The SM Tech Fair 2025 is part of Smart’s broader push to support platforms that promote Filipino creativity, passion for technology, and innovation.
