GADGETS | MSI Philippines launches AI Summer Upgrade promo

MSI Philippines has launched the AI Summer Upgrade promotion offering discounts and bundled items on selected laptops and handheld gaming devices from March 1 to April 5, 2026.

The campaign includes price reductions of up to P16,000 and additional freebies such as accessories and SM e-Vouchers worth as much as P3,000 on select models. The products included in the promotion feature processors and graphics chips designed for gaming, productivity and AI-supported workloads.

Among the featured devices is the Vector 18 HX AI A2XWJG-844PH, an 18-inch laptop built for gaming and compute-intensive tasks. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. The system also integrates MSI’s AI Engine, which adjusts performance settings automatically based on workloads. The device is listed at a promotional suggested retail price of P267,995 and includes bundled accessories such as a gaming mouse, gaming backpack and an SM e-Voucher valued at P3,000.

For mainstream productivity users, MSI is offering the Modern 15 F13MG-030PH. The laptop runs on an Intel Core i3-1315U processor with Intel UHD Graphics. It is equipped with 8GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVMe PCIe Gen4x4 solid-state drive. The device also features a 15.6-inch full HD IPS-level display and a white backlit keyboard. MSI lists the model with a starting suggested retail price of P28,995 during the promotion period.

The promotion also includes the Claw A8 BZ2EM-023PH handheld gaming device. Powered by an AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme processor with Radeon graphics, the device supports portable gaming through a Windows 11 platform. It carries 24GB LPDDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen4x4 SSD. The handheld uses an 8-inch FHD+ touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100 percent sRGB color coverage. MSI lists the device at P56,995.

According to the company, the promotional lineup highlights devices designed to support AI-related workloads, gaming and everyday productivity across different price segments.

The AI Summer Upgrade promotion is available through MSI concept stores, authorized retailers and official online stores on Shopee and Lazada in the Philippines until April 5, 2026.
