ASUS Philippines has expanded warranty coverage and after-sales support services for selected laptops, desktops, and gaming devices starting June 8, 2026, ahead of the new school year.
The company said products sold and activated beginning June 8 will be covered by enhanced benefits under its ASUS Quality and Service program, including longer warranty periods, additional preventive maintenance services, and an extended replacement window.
Flagship ASUS laptop models, including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops, will now include a three-year international and local warranty. ASUS and ROG desktop computers, as well as ASUS All-in-One PCs, will continue to carry a three-year local warranty.
Other product lines, including Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handheld gaming devices, will retain their existing two-year international and local warranty coverage.
Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld devices will also continue to include one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection, which covers certain customer-induced damage not included in the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
The company also expanded several service benefits for eligible products.
Customers may now avail themselves of up to six complimentary preventive maintenance services during the warranty period, including device cleaning and maintenance checks. Up to two service claims may be used each year through participating ASUS service centers.
ASUS also extended its replacement period for eligible products from seven days to 14 days after purchase.
In addition, owners of selected flagship laptops, including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming models, are now eligible for local on-site service support. ASUS said the service is intended to reduce the need for customers to bring devices to service centers. ASUS and ROG desktop and all-in-one PC users will continue to receive on-site service support.
The expanded warranty and service benefits apply to eligible ASUS products sold and activated beginning June 8, 2026.
