BUSINESS TECH | Apper becomes first PH firm in Claude partner network
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 to support firms deploying its Claude artificial intelligence models for enterprise customers.

Apper Digital Inc., a Manila-based artificial intelligence engineering firm, has been promoted to the Select tier of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, becoming the first Philippine company to receive the designation, the company announced Oct. 6.
The recognition follows Apper’s work with D.W. Morgan Co. Inc., a logistics technology firm operating in more than 170 countries. Under the project, Apper trained 14 D.W. Morgan engineers over 10 weeks, enabling them to build four AI agent systems using the Claude Agent SDK.
One of the systems, a legacy code migration tool now in production, converted a Rails backend to Go in two hours at a reported Claude usage cost of $22. The company estimated that completing the work manually would have taken about a week and a half.
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 to support firms deploying its Claude artificial intelligence models for enterprise customers. The program includes partner training, technical support and co-marketing.
The network has four tiers: Registered, Select, Preferred and Global Premier. According to Apper, reaching the Select tier requires at least 10 Claude-certified practitioners, two customers running Claude in production and a customer case study validated by Anthropic.
Apper’s promotion reflects its work in helping Philippine businesses deploy AI systems for operational use, rather than limiting projects to experimental pilots.
“For Philippine enterprises, this means a local team whose certifications and delivery work have been reviewed by Anthropic itself,” said Diwa “Wawi” del Mundo, Apper’s founder and CEO. “Filipino organizations can adopt the same technology enterprises use worldwide, with support in their own timezone, from a team that understands regulations like the Data Privacy Act.”
Apper’s flagship service, Claude Professional Services, helps organizations develop and deploy AI workflows, custom agents and decision systems. Its process covers team readiness and use-case discovery, solution architecture, and production deployment with monitoring and post-launch support.
The company said most engagements reach production within six to 12 weeks. Its engineers work alongside clients’ teams, allowing the organizations to retain ownership of the systems developed.
Founded in Metro Manila in 2019, Apper serves businesses in business process outsourcing, financial technology, professional services and enterprise information technology. It is also an Amazon Web Services Advanced Tier Services Partner and a Google Cloud Service Delivery Partner. The company said it has trained more than 200 certified cloud and AI professionals.
Anthropic’s partner program supports companies that deploy Claude for enterprise customers. Claude is a family of large language models developed by Anthropic, an AI research company founded by former OpenAI executives.
