Cloudflare announced new application integrations and deployment partnerships on Oct. 20, 2026, aimed at helping businesses adopt AI tools while maintaining security controls and oversight of automated workflows.

The expanded ecosystem for Cloudflare OS, the company’s AI workspace, includes integrations with Asana, Box, Canva, ClickHouse, GitHub, Gong and Notion. Cloudflare also named professional services and deployment partners EPAM, HappyCog and Towards AI to help organizations implement AI workflows using the platform.

The announcement comes as businesses face challenges managing employees’ use of AI tools, including the risk of sensitive information entering unauthorized systems, AI-generated code being deployed without review and costs rising without adequate monitoring.

Cloudflare OS is designed to let employees create and deploy automated tools connected to enterprise systems while limiting access to the data required for specific tasks. The platform runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure rather than employees’ computers, giving security teams centralized visibility and control, the company said.

It also incorporates Cloudflare AI Gateway to help organizations select AI models for different tasks and manage usage costs.

“AI tools shouldn’t force companies to choose between moving fast and staying secure,” said Matthew Prince, Cloudflare co-founder and CEO. He said the company developed Cloudflare OS for its own teams before extending it to organizations using widely deployed enterprise applications.

Integrations connect AI to workplace tools

The integrations are intended to let AI agents use information and functions across applications already deployed within organizations.

Asana’s integration supports workflows for tracking progress and identifying project blockers. Box enables AI-powered workflows to draw on enterprise content while retaining existing security and access controls.

Canva’s integration allows agents to find, create and transform designs, including editable sales presentations and marketing materials. ClickHouse supports workflows that use live data, such as monitoring order volumes or identifying changes in customer churn.

Gong’s integration connects its revenue intelligence capabilities with other enterprise systems, allowing users to build agents around customer interactions and sales information. Notion’s integration is intended to help agents use organizational knowledge across workplace applications.

The company also listed GitHub among the applications supported by the expanded ecosystem.

The integrations are designed to help businesses connect AI workflows to existing systems without building each connection from scratch. However, the announcement did not provide independent performance or security testing results for the integrations.

Deployment partners support enterprise adoption

Cloudflare is working with EPAM, HappyCog and Towards AI to help organizations translate business processes into AI agents connected to their existing applications.

The partners are expected to support organizations of different sizes as they move from experimentation to operational deployments.

HappyCog co-founder and president Matt Weinberg said security and governance should be built into the deployment of autonomous agents and internal AI tools. He pointed to Cloudflare’s Zero Trust network and capability-based security model as part of the platform’s approach.

Towards AI Chief Deployment Officer Assel Kashkenbayeva said its teams work with clients to embed AI into business processes and develop workflows intended to deliver measurable improvements.

The partnership model reflects an effort to address the implementation challenges organizations face when moving AI projects beyond pilots, including the need to connect systems, define access permissions and establish oversight.

Security and cost controls remain central

Cloudflare said its platform is designed to restrict tools to the data they need, while providing security teams with visibility into activity. Its AI Gateway is also intended to help organizations manage model selection and token consumption.

These controls address some of the risks associated with employees adopting AI tools independently of formal IT processes. Centralized deployment and access restrictions can improve oversight, but organizations still need to evaluate permissions, monitor agent behavior and review how sensitive information is handled.

The announcement did not disclose pricing, general availability timelines for individual integrations or quantitative results from enterprise deployments.
