As global tourism transitions from recovery to growth in 2025, Alipay+, the cross-border mobile payment and digitalization solution by Ant International, is expanding its reach to enhance payment experiences for international travelers during the Chinese New Year travel surge.

Alipay+ now connects over 1.6 billion users across 35 international payment partners to more than 90 million merchants in 66 markets. Recent expansions include payment acceptance for Kazakhstan’s Kaspi.kz and Malaysia’s BigPay, further strengthening its global network.

In collaboration with leading retailers and tourism operators, Alipay+ is rolling out exclusive Chinese New Year promotions. Travelers can enjoy seamless payments and special offers in key destinations such as China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
