GADGETS | Logitech G launches RS50 racing series in Philippines
According to Logitech, the new wheelbase is designed to provide drivers with detailed feedback from the virtual track.

Logitech G has launched a new lineup of sim racing hardware in the Philippines, introducing the RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase, RS Pedals, and RS H-Shifter as part of its expanding Racing Series ecosystem. The products were unveiled during Logitech G PLAY 2025 and are now available through the company’s official online stores and retail partners.
The RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase features an 8Nm direct-drive motor and Logitech G’s TRUEFORCE technology, which processes in-game data such as road texture, engine vibration, and tire slip to deliver force feedback designed to simulate real-world driving conditions. The wheelbase also supports up to 2,700 degrees of steering rotation through a slip-ring design.
According to Richard Neville, senior global product manager for simulation at Logitech G, the new wheelbase is designed to provide drivers with detailed feedback from the virtual track.
“RS50 isn’t just hardware. It’s the beating heart of your SIM setup,” Neville said. “Whether you’re taking the Parabolica at Monza at top speed, or drifting in a rally stage, the level of torque, coupled with TRUEFORCE ensures you feel every detail in traction and every bump in the road.”
The RS Pedals include a 75-kilogram load-cell brake pedal that measures braking force rather than pedal movement, a Hall-effect accelerator, adjustable brake resistance settings, and optional clutch support. Logitech G said the pedals are designed to provide more precise braking and throttle control for racing simulations.
“RS Pedals deliver the kind of real-world braking modulation I expect from pro setups, and they bring that precision right to my home,” racing driver Suellio Almeida said.
The company also introduced the RS H-Shifter, a seven-speed manual shifter with reverse gear. The accessory uses Hall-effect sensors and includes a push-through lockout mechanism for reverse and seventh gear, along with support for aftermarket gear knobs and shaft extensions.
Logitech G said the RS50 was designed with repairability and sustainability in mind. The wheelbase uses low-carbon aluminum and 74% post-consumer recycled plastic, excluding wiring and packaging, while key components such as the slip ring can be replaced if needed.
The RS50 is priced at P45,995, while the RS Pedals and RS H-Shifter are priced at P9,995 each. The products are available through Logitech G’s official Shopee and Lazada stores and authorized retailers nationwide.
