VinFast has launched an early booking program for three electric motorcycle models in the Philippines, expanding its electric mobility lineup in one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets.

The Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer opened reservations on June 10 for the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper. The booking period runs until July 18 through the company’s website and authorized dealerships nationwide. Customers are required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of P3,000 and will receive incentives worth P5,600 during the promotional period.

VinFast said the first deliveries are expected to begin in July.

The three electric motorcycles are available through either a battery subscription model or a purchase option that includes batteries. The Evo starts at P70,000 under the battery subscription plan, while the Feliz II starts at P72,400 and the Viper at P81,900. Models sold with one or two batteries are priced higher.

“The Philippines is one of the key markets in VinFast’s international electric two-wheeler expansion strategy. The introduction of three battery-swapping e-motorcycle models further expands our product ecosystem in the country while offering more green mobility options tailored to the diverse needs of local consumers,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, managing director of VinFast E-motorcycles Overseas Market.

All three models are powered by a 5,200-watt BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 kilometers per hour, while the Evo has a top speed of 80 kilometers per hour. Each unit can accommodate up to two 1.5-kilowatt-hour batteries and offers a maximum range of up to 150 kilometers under standard conditions.

Customers subscribing to the battery service will pay P439 per battery each month, while battery swaps are priced at P35 per battery. Users can also charge batteries at home.

The Philippines is among the five international markets included in VinFast’s electric two-wheeler expansion plan this year, alongside Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.
