TELECOM | PLDT Enterprise, TSKI expand connectivity for financial services
The partnership provides TSKI with fixed and wireless connectivity solutions intended to support branch operations, business continuity, communications and member transactions.

Taytay sa Kauswagan Inc. (TSKI) is strengthening connectivity across its operations through a partnership with PLDT Enterprise as the microfinance institution expands its digital capabilities and services to communities across the Philippines.
The partnership provides TSKI with fixed and wireless connectivity solutions intended to support branch operations, business continuity, communications and member transactions.
TSKI said connectivity challenges in some locations had affected communication and operational efficiency as its operations expanded. The new setup is intended to provide more reliable branch connectivity and support day-to-day services.
“Connectivity becomes most meaningful when it helps organizations do more for the people they serve. Our partnership with TSKI is about giving its teams a stronger digital foundation so they can operate more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and continue extending accessible financial services to communities across the country,” said Javier C. Lagdameo, Vice President of Domestic Enterprise Group at PLDT Enterprise.
The partnership comes as microfinance institutions increasingly adopt digital technologies, including cloud-based systems and mobile platforms, to improve operations and expand access to financial services.
For institutions such as TSKI, reliable connectivity supports branch operations, digital payments, cashless transactions and electronic communications with members.
TSKI evaluated PLDT Enterprise and Smart as it sought connectivity and business communication solutions for its growing operations. The company considered nationwide network coverage, enterprise-grade connectivity and business communications capabilities in selecting the services.
“As we continue growing, having dependable connectivity across our operations becomes increasingly important to the way we serve our members. This partnership helps us strengthen the infrastructure behind our branches so our teams can work more efficiently while we stay focused on expanding access to financial services for the communities that need them,” said Peter M. Montalban, President of TSKI.
The partnership is expected to support TSKI’s nationwide operations as it continues to expand its digital capabilities and financial services.
For PLDT Enterprise, the engagement forms part of its efforts to provide connectivity and digital solutions to organizations whose operations depend on reliable communications and technology.
