MOBILITY | JETOUR launches nationwide owners’ club
The event, called JETOUR Adventure Camp Season 1, gathered owners of the JETOUR T1, T2 and G700 for activities designed to encourage interaction among customers and the company beyond vehicle purchases.

JETOUR Auto Philippines brought together 80 vehicle owners and more than 300 enthusiasts and family members for the first JETOUR Adventure Camp, held alongside the launch of a nationwide owners’ club in the Philippines.
The event, called JETOUR Adventure Camp Season 1, gathered owners of the JETOUR T1, T2 and G700 for activities designed to encourage interaction among customers and the company beyond vehicle purchases.
Organized by JETOUR Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) through its Customer Service Department, the gathering featured team-building activities, games, raffle prizes, family-oriented movie screenings and a marshmallow bonfire. A Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) competition also demonstrated how the vehicles’ power supply feature could be used for activities outside driving, including a latte art session with the Barista Brothers.
A key development was the launch of JETOUR CLUB PH, a nationwide community open to owners regardless of the JETOUR model they drive. The club is intended to give members opportunities to meet other owners, exchange experiences, join activities and support shared causes.
The company said the club would also organize activities that include families and bring together owners from different locations and backgrounds.
Miguelito Jose, managing director of JETOUR Auto Philippines, said the gathering provided an opportunity to recognize customers and build connections among owners.
“It is encouraging to see owners of different JETOUR models come together and enjoy an event with their families. Each customer has their own reasons for choosing JETOUR, and we value the opportunity to bring them together beyond their experience with their vehicles,” Jose said.
“With JETOUR CLUB PH, we are opening more opportunities for owners to meet, exchange ideas, and take part in activities they can enjoy together. We thank our customers for choosing JETOUR and for being part of the brand’s growth in the Philippines,” he added.
The company also highlighted its aftersales support as part of the ownership experience. Eryx Guiang, JAPI’s aftersales director, said owners could contact the company’s Kendee Hotline at 0917-5JETOUR for assistance with vehicle questions and service concerns.
“We want every JETOUR owner to know that we are here for them. Whether they have a question, need assistance, or want to raise a concern about their vehicle, we want them to know where to reach us and that their concerns matter,” Guiang said.
He added that events such as the Adventure Camp allowed the company to meet customers directly and strengthen relationships beyond routine service interactions.
JAPI is part of the UAAGI Auto Group. The company said the group supports its aftersales operations through technical training, parts warehousing and distribution resources.
With the owners’ club now launched, JAPI plans to hold more gatherings and activities to encourage continued engagement among customers and their families.
