With a commitment to deliver better customer care, Converge ICT Solutions rolls out the GoFiber.ph web portal and the new GoFiber app. Both offer a full-feature, one-stop shop experience for an enhanced customer service for application, account management, and payment.

“In line with our mission to better support our customers, we are streamlining our digital channels in order to provide our customers with a seamless experience across all touch points. With the new Converge GoFiber web portal and app, convenience is really at their fingertips,” said Jesus C. Romero, chief operations officer, Converge.

The revamped GoFiber.ph website features a clean, intuitive design for customer care and account management.

New customers can use the GoFiber.ph website for easier application processing and faster transactions. On the landing page, potential customers can check if their area is serviceable and then, easily apply for a line. They can view and compare broadband plans to identify the right solution for their needs and budget. Converge can also recommend the “best plan” for each customer using data based on the number of connected devices, usage habits, and most active times of the day.

Users may avail of the upgraded Converge broadband plans via mobile or desktop: Plan 1500 for up to 50 Mbps (with an exclusive add-on of 10Mbps for P99), Plan 2500 for up to 300 Mbps, and Plan 3500 for up to 800 Mbps, respectively.

“Converge has always pushed the envelope in coming up with innovative plans that fit the needs and budget of our customers. With our intuitive new website, we can help them decide by gauging the best plan based on their actual online behavior and recommending it for them,” said Romero.

Upon log in, current subscribers are taken to a dashboard for account management, express payment portal, and hassle-free support center. Subscribers can also view their modem status to understand the number of connected devices, temperature, and signal strength.

“The customized dashboard is one of the proactive customer service initiatives we implement. We want to help our customers monitor the status of their equipment or modem, even before any issue occurs,” said Romero.

Go Fiber App

Available on desktop and mobile, the GoFiber app offers added features such as area serviceability check and an inquiry portal for all types of customer concerns.

“This 2022, we’re strengthening our digital channels, especially for application and customer care, given that we are still observing minimal contact protocols. With the GoFiber app and the website, we’re creating a new level of convenience for Filipinos,” said Romero.

The GoFiber app is available for download Android via the Google Play Store (cnvrge.co/GoFiberAndroid) and iOS (cnvrge.co/GoFiberIOS). Meanwhile, the earlier Converge Xperience App will run until further notice.

Exciting prizes, incentives

Converge is launching the “Pay and Win” and “Apply and Win” promos. Subscribers who pay their monthly fee on-time or in advance using the GoFiber.ph web portal or the app can get one raffle entry to win a Huawei Matebook 14s Laptop. One raffle entry is given for each monthly subscription paid during the promo period from February 10 to March 10, 2022.

New subscribers applying for a Converge residential plan using the new web portal or app can get one monthly subscription for free and a raffle entry to win a Huawei Matebook 14s Laptop. Terms and conditions apply for both promos.
