Subscribers of TNT can now access personalized mobile promos through a new feature designed to match offers with user behavior, its parent firm said.
Smart Communications Inc. announced the rollout of “For You Po,” an AI-driven tool available via the Smart App that allows users to discover promos tailored to their data, call and text usage.
The feature is also accessible by dialing *123# or through Facebook Messenger on Android devices, where users can view recommended offers and complete transactions.
“Instead of spending time checking and comparing different offers, TNT’s ‘For You Po’ feature enables our Ka-Tropas to easily discover and avail of promos that are relevant to their mobile lifestyle,” said Lloyd R. Manaloto, first vice president and co-officer in charge at Smart.
The rollout comes as telecom providers expand the use of artificial intelligence to improve customer engagement and simplify service selection.
“With ‘For You Po,’ TNT aims to simplify the process of choosing a promo, making it faster and more convenient to stay connected,” Manaloto added.
The feature targets users who rely on mobile connectivity for streaming, social media, messaging and other digital activities by surfacing offers aligned with their usage patterns.
Smart said the initiative builds on its network performance, citing recent recognitions from Ookla, which awarded the company Best Mobile Video Experience and Best Mobile Latency.
