BUSINESS TECH | TESDA courses in cybersecurity, analytics launched
The Cyber Threat Monitoring course trains participants to monitor networks, analyze security alerts, and conduct vulnerability scans using industry-standard cybersecurity tools and protocols.
Radenta Academy is offering seven TESDA-accredited courses focused on cybersecurity, contact center operations, data analytics, robotics, and automation for college students and working professionals.
Among the programs now available are Cyber Threat Monitoring I, Contact Center Services NC II, and Data Analytics Level III, each requiring 144 hours of training and leading to national certification assessments under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
The Cyber Threat Monitoring course trains participants to monitor networks, analyze security alerts, and conduct vulnerability scans using industry-standard cybersecurity tools and protocols. Graduates may qualify for entry-level roles such as cybersecurity analyst, cybersecurity support staff, and help desk personnel.
The Contact Center Services NC II course focuses on communication, customer support, and operational skills for contact center environments. Trainees will learn to handle inbound and outbound calls, document customer interactions, and provide technical and customer service support in English.
Radenta Academy’s Data Analytics Level III program is designed for beginners seeking to enter the data analytics field. Applicants must have completed at least 10 years of basic education or its equivalent and possess basic computer literacy and communication skills.
The course covers statistical analysis, data cleaning, spreadsheet operations, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio, and introductory Microsoft Power BI.
According to the academy, trainees will also study data privacy concepts under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and learn how to present business insights through dashboards and reports.
Students who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Training before undergoing TESDA national assessment for certification.
Radenta Academy also offers Enterprise-Based Education and Training courses in robotics and virtual reality integration.
These include Collaborative Robot Programming Level III, Mobile Robotics System Servicing Level II, and Artificial Intelligence Prompting for Automation Level III, which focus on robot programming, maintenance, and automation workflows.
