Rakuten Viber has launched Viber Ads Manager, a self-service advertising platform designed to help small and medium agencies and advertisers in the Philippines run ad campaigns directly and independently.

The platform, powered by global ad tech company Adslot, allows advertisers to access Viber’s ad inventory and global user base. It features preset ad packages, audience targeting tools, and mobile ad formats optimized for visibility and performance.

Viber Ads Manager operates on a pay-as-you-go model, with campaign budgets starting at $100. Through the platform, advertisers can choose their campaign goals, define their target audiences, and set schedules. The interface also enables real-time campaign management, including ad placement testing and performance tracking.

The service complements Viber’s broader business suite, which includes tools for enterprise clients and self-serve accounts for small businesses to communicate with customers.

“Viber Ads Manager is the next step in Viber’s super app strategy, part of which is to create an ecosystem of solutions for businesses of all sizes,” said Cristina Constandache, chief revenue officer at Rakuten Viber. “We’re excited to launch it in a number of our key markets after successful testing, giving smaller advertisers a simple way to run targeted campaigns on their own terms.”

Viber Ads Manager is now available in the Philippines.
