COMMUNITY | Negros Oriental retailer wins motorcycle in Smart rewards program
The Ka-Partner App allows retailers to manage load selling and earn points from transactions, which can be redeemed for rewards such as SMS credits, airtime and e-raffle entries.
A sari-sari store owner from Valencia, Negros Oriental, has won a motorcycle through Smart Communications Inc.’s Ka-Partner Rewards program, an incentive program for partner retailers using the company’s mobile platform.
Shirley Sabanal Din, 44, who has been a load retailer for more than 20 years, received the prize as part of the program, which offers rewards and incentives to retailers using the Smart Ka-Partner App.
Din said the motorcycle will support her family and business operations. “We will be using this as our service vehicle for our daily errands and to safely bring our child to school. Thanks to Smart and the Ka Partner App for the continued support and the valuable benefits you provide to us retailers,” she said.
The Ka-Partner App allows retailers to manage load selling and earn points from transactions, which can be redeemed for rewards such as SMS credits, airtime and e-raffle entries.
Ed Tinio, assistant vice president and center head for regional customer development in the Visayas at Smart, said the program aims to recognize partner retailers. “This initiative is our way of saying thank you to our valued Ka-partners who have helped us reach more customers and serve Smart subscribers nationwide,” he said.
Smart said the Ka-Partner Rewards program has been running for more than a decade and is part of its efforts to support small retailers through digital tools and incentives.
