EV MOBILITY | VinFast VF 3 wins Trusted and Popular Brand Award

VinFast’s VF 3 has been named a “Trusted & Popular Brand 2026” in the Passenger BEV category at the Disway Awards 2026 in Indonesia, based on a survey of 20,000 respondents across 20 major cities.
The award was announced Oct. 5 in Jakarta. The annual Disway Awards is organized by Disway National Network with independent research firm Infovesta Utama.
According to the organizers, winners were the brands most frequently named first by respondents and with awareness levels above 70%. The VF 3 recorded the highest awareness among respondents in the Passenger BEV category.
The VF 3 is a compact electric sport utility vehicle from Vietnam. The company said its four-seat configuration, compact dimensions and pricing have contributed to its appeal among Indonesian consumers.
VinFast also offers ownership options that include free charging at V-GREEN charging stations through March 31, 2029, a resale value guarantee of up to 80% subject to terms and conditions, and a choice between battery ownership and battery subscription.
Arunodoy Das, CEO of VinFast Indonesia, said the award reflects the model’s reception in the Indonesian market.
“Penghargaan yang diterima VinFast VF 3 dalam Disway Awards 2026 menjadi bentuk apresiasi terhadap kualitas, daya tarik, dan relevansi model ini bagi konsumen Indonesia, sekaligus mencerminkan semakin berkembangnya adopsi mobilitas listrik di Tanah Air,” Das said.
The company said the award adds to several recognitions it received in Indonesia in 2025, including the “The Best Newcomer Electric Car” award for the VF 3 at the Carvaganza Editors’ Choice Awards and awards recognizing VinFast’s contributions to Indonesia’s electric vehicle ecosystem and sustainable mobility.
VinFast said it plans to continue expanding its electric vehicle portfolio, sales and after-sales network, charging infrastructure and ownership options in Indonesia.
