VinFast is offering dealer partners incentives of up to $60,000 for each new electric motorcycle showroom opened in the Philippines and Indonesia as the Vietnamese automaker seeks to expand its distribution network in the two markets by the end of 2026.

Under the program, eligible dealers can receive up to $40,000 per showroom, depending on its size, floor area and compliance with dealership standards. Showrooms opened by Oct. 31 qualify for an additional incentive of up to $5,000 per location, while partners opening at least three stores can receive another incentive of up to $15,000 per location.

The program covers new showrooms opened by Dec. 31, 2026.

VinFast said the incentives are intended to help local businesses enter the electric motorcycle market and make its vehicles more accessible to consumers. The company is also offering dealer partners business consulting, marketing support and professional training, as well as guidance on showroom design, operating procedures and customer service.

Dealers will initially offer the company’s battery-swapping electric motorcycles, including the Evo, Feliz II and Viper. VinFast said its supporting infrastructure includes service and warranty facilities and assistance for service workshops.

“Expanding our dealer network is an important part of VinFast’s strategy to build an electric motorcycle ecosystem in international markets,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, managing director of VinFast E-scooter Overseas Markets.

“We are looking to partner with businesses that share our long-term vision for green mobility, while giving dealers the support they need to make the most of their strengths within the VinFast network,” she said.

VinFast is targeting hundreds of electric motorcycle stores in each of the two markets by the end of 2026. As of September, the company had 63 electric motorcycle dealerships operating across the Philippines and Indonesia, according to the announcement.

The expansion is part of VinFast’s broader effort to grow its distribution network in Southeast Asia as it seeks to bring its electric vehicles and related services closer to consumers.
