TELECOM | Xeleqt expands AI-IoT operations with PLDT Enterprise support

Xeleqt Technology Innovations Inc. is expanding its artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (AI-IoT) operations through a strengthened partnership with PLDT Enterprise, which will provide connectivity infrastructure to support the company’s growing network of connected devices.
The Cebu-based technology firm said the collaboration will help scale its AI-IoT ecosystem by providing wireless connectivity for real-time data collection, analytics, automation, and other digital services. The partnership is intended to support the deployment of connected devices across various business applications.
Xeleqt develops AI-IoT solutions focused on workplace productivity and employee engagement. Its platform is designed to measure, reward, and record workforce performance while providing businesses with operational insights through connected technologies.
The company gained recognition after winning the grand prize in the Start-up Innovation Challenge during PH Digicon 2023. It was later selected by the Department of Trade and Industry to represent the Philippines at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair.
According to Xeleqt, its growing deployments required a connectivity platform capable of supporting thousands of connected devices while maintaining network reliability and uptime. Its devices now operate using Smart’s IoT connectivity services to support continuous connectivity across operations.
The partnership traces its roots to Spingine Corp., Xeleqt’s parent company, which previously worked with PLDT Enterprise on large-scale connectivity projects. The relationship continued after Xeleqt was established in 2021 and expanded alongside the company’s focus on IoT technologies.
