Bangkok, Thailand: Xiaomi, the trailblazing tech giant, introduced the highly anticipated Redmi Note 13 Series at a launch event in Bangkok, Thailand. Comprising five devices – Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi Note 13 5G, and Redmi Note 13 – the series marks a significant upgrade in camera systems, design, display, and processors, bridging the gap between mid-range and flagship-level smartphones.

Key Features of Redmi Note 13 Series:

Upgraded camera system

The Pro models, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro, feature an impressive 200MP camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). The 2x/4x lossless zoom allows for detailed close-ups, supported by a large 1/1.4″ sensor, super-large f/1.65 aperture, and Tetra2 pixel technology. The base models, Redmi Note 13 5G and Redmi Note 13, boast a 108MP main camera with 3x lossless zoom.

AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate

The series features sleek designs with ultra-slim bezels and offers crystal-clear viewing with 1.5K AMOLED displays on Pro+ and Pro models, and FHD+ AMOLED displays on others. A 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and an immersive viewing experience.

Durability and toughness

Redmi Note 13 Series prioritizes durability with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on Pro+ and Pro models, along with IP68 dust and water resistance on Pro+ 5G. Other models offer IP54 dust and splash resistance. The display remains responsive even in the rain.

Powerful performance

The series introduces the 4nm process to Redmi Note smartphones. Pro+ 5G boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset, a 5,000mAh battery, and 120W HyperCharge. Pro 5G features Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 Mobile Platform, while Pro has a MediaTek Helio G99-Ultra chipset. All models promise stellar performance with long-lasting batteries.

Additional features

The devices include TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Circadian Friendly certifications for extended viewing comfort. The in-screen fingerprint sensor adds convenience.

At the same event, Xiaomi also introduced three new wearables

Redmi Watch 4: Features a square ultra-large 1.97″ AMOLED display, stainless-steel OTS rotating crown, and upgraded health monitoring sensors.

Redmi Buds 5 Pro: Offers up to 52dB active noise cancellation (ANC), LDAC support, and 10 hours of continuous listening. Comes in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Aurora Purple.

Redmi Buds 5: Features up to 46dB ANC, three transparency modes, and up to 40 hours of use. Available in Black, White, or Sky Blue.
