PIMS 2026 | JETOUR adds T1 hybrid SUV to electrified lineup
The launch comes as automakers continue to introduce electrified models amid increasing interest in fuel-efficient and lower-emission transportation options.

JETOUR Auto Philippines expanded its plug-in hybrid vehicle lineup at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) with the launch of the T1 Lightning i-DM, strengthening its push into the country’s growing electrified vehicle market.
The new model joins the X70 Lightning i-DM and T2 Lightning i-DM in the company’s Philippine lineup, broadening the range of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) available to local consumers. The vehicles were showcased during PIMS 2026 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
The launch comes as automakers continue to introduce electrified models amid increasing interest in fuel-efficient and lower-emission transportation options.
JETOUR said it has grown to more than 2 million vehicle owners across 91 countries and regions, supported by a network of more than 2,000 sales and service facilities worldwide. In the Philippines, the company said it has become one of the country’s top Chinese SUV brands and reported strong performance in the local PHEV segment during the first quarter of 2026.
Miguelito Jose, managing director of JETOUR Auto Philippines Corp., said consumer attitudes toward mobility are changing.
“What we are seeing at PIMS is a clear shift in how Filipinos view mobility. It’s no longer just about getting from point A to B, it is about efficiency, sustainability, and experience. With our expanding Lightning i-DM lineup, we’re giving customers more practical choices without compromising performance or design,” Jose said.
The company also announced the continued partnership of brand ambassadors Ella Cruz and Julian Trono, along with family influencers Doug and Cheska Kramer and The Team Kramer.
JETOUR’s local operations are managed by UAAGI Auto Group, which oversees dealership development, customer support, and after-sales services in the Philippines.
PIMS 2026 ran through Sunday at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
