NMBLR.ai said organizations in the United States and the Philippines are using its AI platform in operational environments, including U.S.-based retailer Seafood City and global development firm Chemonics.

Enterprise artificial intelligence company NMBLR.ai on Tuesday opened an innovation hub in Makati as it expands its enterprise AI business in the Philippines and overseas.

Called Programmable, the facility will serve as the company’s regional center for AI development and executive training programs. The launch comes as NMBLR.ai seeks to expand its presence in Southeast Asia and North America through new partnerships and enterprise deployments.

The company said organizations in the United States and the Philippines are using its AI platform in operational environments, including U.S.-based retailer Seafood City and global development firm Chemonics.

In the Philippines, NMBLR.ai said it is working with banks, financial institutions, retailers, and property developers on AI-related projects aimed at improving business operations and workforce capabilities.

Among its recent initiatives is Bahaideals.com, an AI-powered property platform that connects Philippine real estate developers with overseas buyers. The company also developed Chemlink, an AI-driven network for Chemonics employees.

“AI is the most disruptive force of our generation, and most enterprises are still treating it as an experiment,” said Winston Damarillo, chief executive officer and founder of NMBLR.ai.

“We built NMBLR on a different conviction: that AI should run the business, deliver results leaders can measure, and do it on terms the enterprise controls,” he added.

NMBLR.ai said its platform includes Foundation, a governance and security layer; Prism, a data analytics platform that uses natural-language queries; and Forge, a deployment tool designed to speed up implementation.

The company said hundreds of executives have completed its Nexus AI training program, which will now be based at the new Makati facility.

NMBLR.ai also announced a marketing partnership with Alchemi Ventures, which it said operates in more than 50 countries.

“The next decade of enterprise value creation won’t be won by replacing systems; it will be won by turning systems of record into systems of intelligence,” said Alchemi Ventures CEO Jamey Butcher.

The company said it plans to use previously secured funding from strategic partners to accelerate product development and support international expansion.
