Tencent has contributed approximately $391,395 to Singapore’s heritage sector since 2025, supporting digital initiatives at museums and heritage institutions through partnerships with HeritageSG and the National Heritage Board.
The funding supports new experiences at ArCH Square, the National Museum of Singapore and the Asian Civilisations Museum, with the aim of making local heritage more accessible to different audiences.
The contribution forms part of Tencent’s broader community engagement in Singapore, which also includes its annual 99 Giving Day philanthropic initiative.
Tencent Singapore employees have worked with organizations including CapitaLand Hope Foundation’s #LoveOurSeniors initiative, Ocean Purpose Project, RSVP Singapore and the Singapore Red Cross.
Their activities cover digital inclusion, senior empowerment, community health and environmental sustainability.
The company’s heritage-sector collaboration focuses on applying digital technology to cultural institutions, while its community programs extend support to groups working on social and environmental concerns.
Tencent said the initiatives reflect its continuing involvement in Singapore’s heritage development and community programs.
