MOBILITY | BAIC says B30e Dune accounts for 69% of its 2026 PH sales
The vehicle features an intelligent four-wheel-drive system designed to handle varying road conditions, including flooded streets, rough provincial roads, sandy terrain, and mountain routes.
The BAIC B30e Dune 4×4 hybrid SUV accounted for 69% of BAIC Philippines’ total vehicle sales in 2026, making it the brand’s best-selling model in the local market, according to the company.
BAIC said the hybrid SUV’s sales performance reflects growing demand among Filipino buyers for vehicles that combine performance, fuel efficiency, off-road capability, and advanced safety features in a single package.
Priced at P1.888 million, the B30e Dune is powered by a 1.5-liter hybrid powertrain paired with a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission. BAIC said the system produces 409 PS and 685 Nm of torque while delivering fuel economy of up to 34.9 km/L. The SUV also accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 6.59 seconds using Launch Control.

Inside, the B30e Dune comes with a 14.6-inch infotainment display, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated leather front seats, and a panoramic sunroof. It also includes a 540-degree camera system, power tailgate, and a rear cargo power outlet capable of supplying 150W at 220V. BAIC said its Camping Mode allows the engine to function as a power generator for outdoor activities and emergency situations.
Safety features include a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keeping Assistance, Forward Collision Warning, Intelligent Braking, and six airbags.
BAIC Philippines said it supports B30e owners through its expanding dealership network, genuine parts availability, aftersales services, and maintenance programs.
According to the company, the B30e Dune’s strong sales indicate that more Filipino consumers are considering hybrid vehicles that offer both performance and everyday practicality.
BAIC Philippines currently offers a lineup that includes the B30e Dune Hybrid Off-Roader, B40 Pro TrailMaster, B40e TrailMaster rEV, B40 Ragnar, B60 Beaumont, B60e Beaumont rEV, B80 Wagon, and X55 Verve.
